The Ozarks maybe one of America's top family vacation destinations but the Live Entertainment Capital of the World won't cause you an arm and a leg. There is in fact plenty of free Branson fun that a whole family, a couple on a getaway, friends spending some good time and even business associates taking few hours of pleasure from the anxiety of office work will appreciate. One of your favorite shopping center in the Midwest will actually host concerts and fountains to keep you entertained while you shop, just minutes from your Branson Cabin home.
Lake Taneycomo and its peaceful cold waters is amazing but combined with a little shopping, it can be fantastic. And a fantastic experience you will get by exploring the Branson landing, one of Branson's finest mall outlets. Branson Landing occupies a 1.5 mile range of Lake Taneycomo's shoreline. But at this shopping center, you will not only walk around the shops or walk along the lake's shoreline under the sunny skies. You will also get to hear bands perform inspiring music and watch the fusion of light, water and fire.
Branson Landing's first idea of free Branson is an amazing fountain show. The fountains in front of the town square are created by Water Entertainment Technologies Design at a 7.5 million budget which also thought up the hypnotizing Fountains of Bellagio in Las Vegas. These fountains can shoot up to 120 foot geysers and blast fire cannons. The display of spectacular water shows starts at noon and last up to 10 pm, so you get loads of time to go and have fun seeing this attraction. At noon and for the rest of the day you can relish in the music while watching the fountains dance. While keeping an eye at the fountains at day can be a romantic as well as remarkable experience, you have to see it at night where things get spectacular. The darkness of the night only makes this free Branson show even more inviting as it's now accompanied by the fire cannons. While doing your shopping in Branson, take a few minutes to watch the stunning water fountains dance and fire cannons blaze with a light illumination and music playing in the background. You'll get to watch the magnificence of a 7.5 million dollar creation for free! What more could you ask for?
Concert tickets can be expensive but why should you spend your vacation money when you can watch some for free? This is another free Branson fun that Branson Landing has thought of. A special times of the year such as Labor Day and Fourth of July your favorite shopping destination in the Ozark Mountains host free concerts at the lakefront square that is always attended by loads of tourist. Some performers who showcase talents at these shows are the Souled Out band, Horn Dawgs and Chain Reaction-a Tribute to Journey. Back by popular demand, the Souled Out Band just performed for the Annual Liberty Light Up Concert last July 3. Horn Dawgs performed their groovy music alongside them and made the crowd sing along. Last June 28, Chain Reaction complimented Journey's hits once more and will rock the square again on September.
