Many business establishments in Branson host trick-or-treat opportunities where many of the kids can have the opportunity to fill their candy buckets. The two best places to enjoy with this opportunity are the factory outlet mall and several retail outlets at Branson Landing. With everything from spooky Halloween-themed special events to exciting family fun activities, Branson is filled with exciting seasonal events that everyone will enjoy.
Fright Night at The Paddlewheel in October 28 is one of the family events that you can enjoy during Halloween in Branson. It’s an exciting way to enjoy your time in Branson as the guys and ghouls haunt The Paddlewheel Friday for a frightfully good time. There will be costume contests, games, undead DJ, full menu, and drink specials. There’s no cover charge. The party can be enjoyed by everyone into the witching hours of the night. Every visitor to this place is sure to enjoy a great time in this spectacular family event.
A Halloween Boonanza can also be enjoyed at the Branson Recplex on October 28 and 29 from 5 to 8 pm. Activities that you can enjoy in this event include a trick or treat maze, a “haunted” hay ride, a costume contest, a cupcake walk, face painting, kids craft and game area, zombie hayride, balloon animals and jumping inflatables. And if you want more, the Sonshine Monster Mob will perform Thriller for your entertainment. The treats can be enjoyed at the concession stand as Halloween food items are made available. Visitors under 12 years may purchase a punch card for 5 separate events for only $2.00 (no charge for adults).
On Halloween Night, another great event, Tangerstyle or Treat can be enjoyed at Tanger Outlets at 300 Tanger Blvd. on October 31 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Ghosts, goblins, princesses and super heroes will gather around Branson’s Tanger Outlets for the Tanger Style Trick-or-Treat event. Tanger Shopper Services and other participating stores will be giving away candies to visiting ghosts and goblins aged 12 and younger, as well as Tanger Style Coupons for Mom and Dad. Come join the fun for “Tanger-ween” for kids ages 12 and under. Decals are displayed in the entrance doors of participating stores.
A safe trick or treat can also be enjoyed at Branson Landing on October 31 from 5 pm to 7 pm. This is the chance for all ghosts, goblins, pirates and princesses to enjoy a Trick or Treat up and down Branson Landing’s Trick or Treat Street. This is an annual Safe Street Trick or Treat for Branson Landing merchants to participate. This Halloween event in Branson Landing is exclusive for children with costume up to age 12. Don’t miss to visit the establishments with the Halloween Pumpkin Signs in their windows – as those signs will mean they are participating “Trick or Treat” businesses located at the Branson Landing Promenade. To enjoy more fun, stick around for the Monstermash Street Dance beginning at 6:30 pm.
Trick or Treat is one of the most beloved Halloween traditions where kids walk from house to house seeking candy and other goodies. Many Branson businesses host safe Halloween trick-or-treating events so the kids can fill their buckets and sacks with plenty of candies. Kids can also get Halloween goodies from the Branson Landing Queen in the Town Square.
Pumpkin Patches is a favorite Branson Halloween attraction that can be enjoyed at the McKenna Family Farm this fall. This exciting attraction features harvest-themed activities for the whole family. With McKenna’s impressive selection of pumpkins, the farm also includes a 2-acre corn maze, face painting, hayrides, and an activities area featuring a pumpkin bounce house, pony swings, a hay-bale maze, slides, baby farm animals, tricycle races, rubber-duck races, life-sized gerbil wheels and plenty of homemade goodies. There’s an admission fee of $7.50 for guests aged 3 and older, and just $3.75 for seniors. Kids 2 years old and below are free.

Another great way to be scared during Halloween in Branson, is to visit the Castle of Chaos 5D Adventure, a revolutionary family attraction and a must-visit attraction in Branson.
