In this event, there will be midnight cruise, burn-out contest, live entertainment and awards that will be part of the festivities while Branson is experiencing automobile mania. Majority of the cars featured at Branson’s Super Summer Cruise are 50’s and 60’s models, but you’ll also find old models of 30’s Fords, pick-up trucks, newer model Corvettes, and even occasional old imported cars. Whether you just want to see a wide variety of classic cars or want to show off your own classic car, the Super Summer Cruise is definitely the perfect car event for all motor enthusiasts not to be missed.
This summer event in Branson welcomes all car enthusiasts from all over the country for Super Summer Car Cruise Show at the Shepherd of the Hills. The show features street rods, hot rods, classics, and roadsters. This 2016 Super Summer Midnight Car Cruise will start from Inspiration Tower at the Shepherd of the Hills and will go East on Highway 76 into the heart of Branson and then turn left onto Shepherd of the Hills Expressway and proceed to Gretna Road. The car show traditionally draws classic cars, but for those who own not-so-old models are also invited to participate. In fact, in the past, a 2000 model Corvette even got a few awards amongst the various Shelby Cobras and Chevy Bellaires that frequent the event. Whatever kind of classic car you have or if you only want to check out the great display of amazing cars that are part of the Super Summer Cruise, this summer car event in Branson is the perfect vacation destination for car enthusiasts who want to experience a unique form of fun and excitement.
Last year’s car event featured NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr’s car. Spectators had the chance to see fully stocked 1957 Chevy’s, 1960 Chevy Trucks, 1964 mustangs, and 1969 Camaros. A modified 1948 Chevy was a huge hit in last year’s show. The winner of the 2015 car event was a 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air, while the second runner up was a black and Brandywine 1933 Ford 3-window coupe.
