The Show that Puts All Hands on Deck

Branson showsThe All Hands on Deck Show at Dutton Family Theatre is one of the newest Branson shows that is beautifully produced set in 1942. The #1 Patriotic Show in America, The All Hands on Deck is fresh from its three-year national tour. With this fascinating Branson show, you’ll get to enjoy an all-singing, all-dancing, all-American 1942 Roadshow & Radio Broadcast reproduction that is filled with the songs, dances and laughs that Americans loved the past 70 years. All Hands on Deck also offers a musical message for all Americans with patriotic salute celebrating the American way of life.

The patriotic show features Broadway Veteran Jody Madaras, the 9-piece Hollywood Victory Caravan Orchestra, classic commercials, impromptu skits, and 42 of the greatest American songs ever written. This road show and radio broadcast inspired piece of music theatre that pays homage to America in 1942, a time when all was united, proud and patriotic. Bigger-than-life artist like Bob Hope and many other performers entertained America on the home front while touring abroad to prop up the spirits of our soldiers on the frontlines.

With a cast of great performers, you’re sure to hear tight harmonies of all-American songs. You’ll be delighted also to hear sing-along favorites like By The Light of the Silvery Moon, Chattanooga Choo-Choo, Thanks for the Memory, Don’t Sit Under the Apple Tree, Sentimental Journey, I’ve Got a Gal in Kalamazoo, I’m in the Mood for Love, and America the Beautiful. In this reproduction road show and radio broadcast, you’ll enjoy singing and dancing reminiscent of those fabulous song and dance movies. As you enjoy the show, you know it’s a very special show as the orchestra is comprised of nine of the finest musicians, and the four cast members that have magnificent voices.

As a Broadway veteran, Jody Madaras has masterfully crafted together those values into a production show that takes us all on a sentimental and truly inspirational musical journey. The All Hands on Deck Show premiered in 2011 in Perrysburg, Ohio. That first opening of the show was so successful, no doubt to Mr. Madaras’ show experience and stardom of 20 years on Broadway. That premiere show brought a national tour, playing to sold out houses all across the USA.

The All Hands On Deck which brought a musical message for all Americans, features cast of four well-known and seasoned Broadway performers that include Jody Madaras, the creator of the show, Valerie Hill, Katy Richter, and Carter Lynch as well as a nine-piece live orchestra. Madaras has written the show to say, “Thank you to the greatest generation – the men and women who served our country during WWII and The Korean Conflict – and also remind Americans of a time when our country was truly united.” Madaras spent almost four years writing it, with “a heart filled with gratitude and patriotism.”

So, if you want to experience the taste of Broadway music, don’t miss to watch All Hands on Deck, performing at Dutton Family Theatre in Branson.
